Shipping policy

At Alyssum Patch, our goal is to provide you with timely shipping and a high degree of responsiveness.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 days to arrive at their destination. Most U.S. orders are shipped with tracking via U.S. Postal Service. Please note that sometimes the parcel is not scanned by U.S.P.S., so although it has left our warehouse, updated information does not appear in the tracker until the package reaches the next waypoint.

Please note that there may be occasions when there is a delay between order processing and shipping.  In those instances we will include a notification in our announcement bar on our homepage.
