Hand Stitched Felt Hearts, Needlework Workshop

Date:  Wednesday, February 4th.  Time:  5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.   Location:  Alyssum Patch Quilt Shop.  213 E. Grand River Ave.  Howell, MI. 48843.

Students will create hand stitched hearts with felt and embroidery thread. They may choose to string them together as a garland or keep them separate for decoration or small gifts.

Supplies:  Included with Registration

Instructor:  Krista Smith

Krista learned to sew when she was 8 years old; her grandmother bought her a sewing kit, and she was instantly hooked!  Her love for creative arts has grown to include weaving, spinning, and dyeing fibers, and she loves sharing her passion for the arts with others.  She has a background in youth programming and has been teaching a variety of fiber arts classes for the past few years.
