Trip Around the World Quilt Workshop

Dates:  Tuesdays, February 3rd, 10th, & 17th.    Time:  6:00-7:30 pm.   Location:  Alyssum Patch Quilt Shop.  213 E. Grand River Ave.  Howell, MI. 48843.

Make this stunning Trip Around the World quilt top — a classic design that looks complex but comes together easily using a simple, time-saving technique. Basic sewing experience is recommended, and no prior quilting experience is required. Join us for this beginner-friendly workshop and leave with a beautiful quilt top, feeling confident and inspired.  

The supply list will be provided with registration.  Participate in the way that suits you best:   In-person sessions at the shop, or sew at your own pace from home with weekly emailed instructions.  Quilt top finishes at 55” x 55”.  

Ages:  Adult (16+; younger w/ prior sewing experience).  Skill Level:  Beginner.  Students should have a basic knowledge of sewing.   Seats available:  6.

Instructor:  Kendal Oleski

Kendal Oleski is a quilter, animal enthusiast, book enjoyer, and hobby collector. She has 17 years of experience in quilting, having started as a young teen in 4H. She looks forward to helping everyone get the most out of the quilting experience and she can’t wait to see you in class!
